Mr L dedicated many years as a caregiver to his late wife, and later to his roommate. After moving to a nursing home, he experienced a heartwarming reunion with his roommate! We felt it was time for Mr L to be the one receiving care and pampering. Discovering his passion for singing Chinese opera, our volunteers surprised him with a special singing session to relive his favourite pastime. We even celebrated his 90th birthday together with his reunited friend! It was such a joy to bring a smile to someone who has given so much of himself to others.
