Our hearts were truly warmed as we shared in the joy of an elderly couple’s wedding anniversary—a special moment made possible through our Gift-A-Wish programme, which supports the less privileged during the Christmas season.

The husband, who had suffered a stroke, now resides in a nursing home, as his wife is too frail to care for him full time. When he expressed his heartfelt desire to celebrate their anniversary with a special outing, our volunteers sprang into action! They organised a lunch date, arranged a makeover for his wife, planned a photoshoot to capture the occasion, and presented them with anniversary gifts.

The joy and love in their smiles made it all worthwhile—a beautiful reminder that love knows no limits and every moment together is a gift to cherish.
